Lead Content Designer &
UX Copywriter

Role: Lead Content Designer & UX Copywriter
Scope: Information Architecture, Technical Content Simplification, Investor Positioning,
and Brand Messaging

Anchoring Science to a Global Human Narrative

The Mission-Driven Hook: After working to find an engaging human-centric message, I decided to focus on the fact that this fuel will address the future energy needs of our planet. With global warming and a looming energy crisis a universal concern, it is something that resonates with everyday visitors and ESG-focused investors alike.

Emphasizing American Innovation: Strategically woven messaging throughout the site highlights that Lightbridge is an American company built on American-grown technology, domestic IP, and home-grown innovation.

Positioning World-Class Expertise & Transparency

Highlighting the Core Team: Designed structured bios and leadership modules for the Management Team, Senior Advisors, and Board of Directors, which positioned Lightbridge as an elite, high-tech company.

Building Trust Through Openness: Amplified their core operational values— transparency, non-proliferation, and safety—to reassure investors, regulatory bodies, and community members.

The Challenge

A proud American company, Lightbridge Corp. develops proprietary next-generation nuclear fuel designed to extend the life of existing reactors and significantly cut greenhouse gas emissions.

It was my job to distill dense client assets and highly complex, technical information about how nuclear reactors work and then to communicate this in an engaging way to both investors and laypeople without sacrificing scientific fact or authority.

Distilling Dense Engineering into Intuitive UX Copy

Audience-Centric Synthesis: Audited dense source materials (including fact sheets and content strategy docs) to extract core scientific concepts while stripping away extraneous information.

Layered Information Architecture: Designed content in digestible hierarchy blocks—allowing casual visitors to grasp high-level benefits instantly (safety, economics, efficiency) while giving technical stakeholders and investors easy pathways to dive deeper into specs.
